Why Cold Aisles Fall Out of Order Faster Than Others
Everything that complicates an ordinary aisle gets worse behind a glass door. Shoppers decide faster, handle more abruptly, put items back without looking where they came from. And the staff member who comes to realign the section works in a cold that cuts every visit short.
The geometry does not help. On a base reaching 24 in, the units at the back disappear long before they are the last ones. Frosted packaging slides, a damp carton deforms, a light tray pivots. The facing hollows out in silence and the team records an out-of-stock when the inventory is right there, simply out of sight.

Front Retainer With Integrated Price Moulding
This is the part that most clearly sets BLIZZARD apart from our other models. Its front retainer integrates a price moulding: holding the product and displaying the information become a single element, right at shelf level.
Distribution comes in 30 in or 48 in, adjustable as needed. That covers a narrow door as readily as a wide section without multiplying visible joints along the edge.
Retention and Display Combined
On a cold shelf, every add-on part is one more thing to clean, defrost and straighten. Combining the two functions reduces the number of elements at the edge and simplifies daily upkeep.

Mobile Pushers, Support Plates and Rear Supports
Between the back of the base and the shelf edge, three parts of the display pushers work in relay. The mobile pusher carries the pressure, the support plate matches the product format, the rear support holds the assembly opposite the facing.
The mobile pusher comes in two documented heights, 4 in and 6.75 in. It is the first variable to settle, because it decides how much surface the product will bear against through its whole travel.
Two Mobile Pusher Heights
The 4 in suffices for low, stable packaging. The 6.75 in addresses slender cartons and formats that, on a shorter bearing, would tip forward over the last few inches.
Three Support Plate Formats
The small one is 1.88 in wide, the large one 2.75 in, both 2 7/8 in high. The XXL moves up to 4 in by 6 in and comes in clear, black or transparent — a presentation choice as much as a structural one.
The Rear Support
Distributed in 30 in or 48 in like the front retainer, it closes the section opposite the edge. It gives the assembly its anchor point and keeps lanes from drifting out of line as rows empty.
