A format that stands on its own at the shelf edge slides toward the back of a 16 in deep shelf as soon as the front item is removed, and the row empties from front to rear without anyone noticing. PRESTIGE answers that problem directly. Every lane sits on a track fitted with a mobile pusher paddle that drives merchandise toward the shelf edge. The transparent divider defines the lane, the front stop holds the lead item and the flexible front retainer closes the line. Together they hold a full facing from opening to closing.

Why Small-Product Displays Can Be Difficult to Maintain
A deodorant, a bottle of nail polish or a box of hair colouring gets handled a great deal before purchase. Shoppers turn the package over, read the shade or the dosage, compare two neighbouring formats, then put the item back — rarely in the exact spot they took it from. Repeated all day, that gesture undoes a tidy row within hours.
The low weight of these products makes it worse. Under 50 g, an item puts up no resistance: it pivots, falls flat, slides into the neighbouring lane. On a deep shelf the units at the back become invisible, and staff record an out-of-stock when the inventory is right there, simply out of sight.
Keep Products Front-Facing
Automatic facing solves this at the source. The mobile pusher paddle applies steady pressure toward the shelf edge: the moment one unit leaves, the next takes its place, squared up and at the right height. The extension, low or high depending on the product, holds the package upright rather than letting it lean.
Reduce Mixed Rows
The transparent divider draws a clean boundary between two variants. A shopper returning a shade to the wrong spot meets that boundary instead of starting a mix that spreads down the shelf. Staff stop sorting stray items, and replenishment becomes predictable again.

The Regular 2 in Track and Its Integrated Divider
The regular track measures 2 in wide and is the starting configuration of PRESTIGE. It comes in rack depths of 12, 14 or 16 in, and mounts to the shelf with a 48 in adhesive strip cut down to the required length.
What sets it apart is the lined zone running along its length: this is what receives the transparent divider. Track and lane boundary are therefore a single part, which removes add-on hardware and keeps row alignment stable over time.
The Lined Zone of the Track
The divider slots directly into that zone. The assembly stays removable: a boundary can be moved when the assortment shifts, without rebuilding the shelf or lifting the adhesive strip.
Dividers in 2 in or 4 in
Two divider heights are available, 2 in and 4 in, at 1 mm thickness. The choice follows packaging stability: a tall slim bottle benefits from the 4 in, a squat box is well served by the 2 in. In both cases the front corners are rounded for a clean finish at the shelf edge.
Depths of 12, 14 and 16 in
The three documented depths cover most retail racks. The 16 in is the maximum documented depth for the system: beyond that, pusher travel is not documented and the configuration should be validated with our team rather than extrapolated.
The Narrow 1.5 in Track for Tighter Rows
The narrow track measures 1.5 in wide. It is not a separate part manufactured on its own: it is produced by cutting away the lined zone of the regular track. One reference therefore covers both needs, which simplifies supply and allows an installed section to be adjusted.
This reduced width applies when the constraint is the number of lanes rather than the size of each item. On a shelf of a given width, moving from 2 in to 1.5 in frees enough room to add lanes and bring more variants to the front.
Produced by Cutting the Regular Track
The cut removes the portion that carried the divider. Separation between two lanes then comes from the tracks sitting side by side, which suits products whose packaging stands upright without lateral support.

High-variety categories — polish shades, tablet counts, deodorant scents — gain from multiplying narrow lanes. Every reference keeps a dedicated spot and stays identifiable instead of being stacked behind another.

The narrow pull-tab PRESTIGE is documented from 12 in of depth. The narrow spring version, for its part, can be adjusted to different depths. This is worth settling at design stage: the chosen mechanism determines the usable range.

Personal care brings together short, light, heavily handled packages. PRESTIGE targets exactly that profile: boxes of at most 5 in wide by 4 in high, with a maximum weight of 50 g. Within those limits an item advances without jamming or straining the track.
These categories run to many variants that look much alike: two neighbouring shades, two scents from one line, two fill sizes. Lane clarity then matters as much as facing itself, and the transparent divider contributes as much as the pusher does.
Deodorants and Antiperspirants
A deodorant stick is tall, narrow and unstable on its base. The high extension holds the package upright through the travel, while the 4 in divider stops an item put back at an angle from tipping into its neighbour.
Nail Polish and Small Bottles
Polish can run to dozens of shades in a tight space. The narrow track multiplies lanes and gives every colour a dedicated spot; the 1.75 in front stop is enough to hold a low bottle without hiding its label.
Hair Colouring
Colouring comes in flat boxes that shoppers pull out and put back repeatedly to compare shade charts. That traffic quickly knocks an unconstrained row out of line. The choice depends on item weight, replenishment pace and the depth selected; our team settles it with you from your actual formats.
What track widths and depths are available?
Two widths: the regular 2 in track, whose lined zone receives the transparent divider, and the narrow 1.5 in track produced by cutting that zone away. Documented depths are 12, 14 and 16 in, with 16 in as the maximum. The narrow pull-tab version starts at 12 in, while the narrow spring version adjusts to different depths. Dividers come in 2 in or 4 in heights, with rounded front corners.
Which products are not a fit for PRESTIGE?
Anything beyond 5 in wide, 4 in high or 50 g falls outside its range: canned goods, family-size bottles, large packaging. Those items belong to the Robusta model, built for heavy or bulky products, while refrigerated and frozen aisles belong to Blizzard. Some merchandise should never be pushed at all — vehicle batteries and heavy liquid jugs in particular: these are organized with dividers and label holders instead.

Shelf Pushers and Tracks
The track carries the mobile pusher paddle, 1.00 in wide by 2.75 in high, on which the extension mounts. Several tracks sit side by side on the adhesive strip to cover the required width. The display pushers formed this way work continuously, with no daily adjustment.
Shelf Dividers
The transparent divider, 2 in or 4 in high and 1 mm thick, slots into the lined zone of the regular track. Its rounded front corners avoid a sharp edge at the shelf front and give a cleaner facing line.
Label Holders
The flexible transparent front retainer, supplied at 48 in long by 2 in high and 1 mm thick, closes the front line of the assembly. It carries price and product information at eye level, where shoppers look for it at the moment of comparison.
Dedicated Racks and Promotional Zones
